3) Guidelines and principles for a smooth process in the online gallery
a) Be fair to other members and to Kunstplaza
We clearly see ourselves as a community/community and all benefit from a constructive cooperation. Therefore, please always deal with other artificial plaza members in a friendly, fair and respectful manner.
Misunderstandings sometimes occur between humans and not everything always runs as intended. However, solutions and acceptable ways can often be found when you stay friendly, openly and bindingly communicated and strive to find a common consensus. In the vast majority of cases, it can be made for everyone involved.
Therefore, do without artplaza on insults, evil recovery and an inappropriate language. In this context, also note that such behavior is also even pursued by criminal and civil law.
We endeavor to be satisfied as a member of our online platform and achieve good results. Therefore, a number of rules must be observed to ensure a smooth process.
The following behavior is prohibited:
- The response from other artificial plaza members about comments, profile or advertising pages or via the news function, with the mere intent to draw your attention to external offers (e.g. online shops, etc.).
- The naming of external offers as well as the placement of links to these in the advertisements of the online gallery, in comments or other articles on artificial plaza, provided that they do not directly refer to the works of the user or his homepage. The application of other website of a brand, a company or pages of social networks is only permitted if they are directly related to the advertisement or the contribution.

b) Select the right category for your ad
The world of art is extremely comprehensive and hardly within limits. It is also subject to constant change as an organic being. That is why we are constantly expanding our categories and we are trying to offer the right category for almost every work.
If works are classified in the wrong or an inappropriate category, this confuses interested parties and potential buyers. These artists, as well as other offering artists, can react angered. This may apply especially if there is obviously a suitable category in the Kunstplaza online gallery. It would certainly also be frustrated if you do not find the expected works in a category of your choice.
Therefore, take some time to capture the categories of the online gallery and to choose the right one of them. Sometimes it may be that more than one category for your specific work is suitable. In such a case, please choose one of these categories.
If there is no suitable category, you can simply send us a message with the name of the desired category. We will then be happy to create them for you.
c) Describe your works/articles in detail
Individual works and articles made with love and handicrafts and articles earn it certainly, lovingly and in detail. The quality of your pictures also play a central role in putting it in the right light. Therefore, take some time for the design of the description and the production or selection of the image material.
Please note that these texts and images are not against applicable law that copyright and especially trademark law may violate. Describe your articles conscientiously and at the same time note the legal requirements that your description may have to meet. Avoid advertising with foreign names or brands (if there are no sufficient rights), because this is contrary to competitive and also dangerous because they violate trademark and/or license rights and thus risk being warned.
d) make use of additional information
Depending on the chosen category for your work, you may have a number of other options available to provide additional information about your article. Make use of it because this increases the likelihood of being found by interested parties. At the same time, give this further important details about your article.
In the description, also use relevant terms and keywords, based on which you want to be found directly via Google via the search function or possibly. With the right keywords, you make it easier to find potential buyers, your article or work.
The chosen terms must of course be in a meaningful connection with your article. If there is no connection, there is a violation of our principles. After all, through such behavior, they mislead the users on artificial plaza.
If there are specific indications of violations of these guidelines, we reserve the right to delete or block your advertisement (s) in whole or in part without prior notice.
Repeated or serious violations can lead to exclusion from participation in the Kunstplaza online gallery.
