Exquisite art and design objects- often hand-made- do not arise on the assembly line or through industrial mass production. You can expect carefully selected quality from us. Therefore, we ask for your understanding of the delivery times that can occur in certain products due to complex manufacturing processes.

Since the delivery times can be different depending on the manufacturer and artisan, you will find the specific information on the respective product detail pages.

Secure packaging and insured shipping

Through insured shipping and individually adapted packaging that meet the highest quality requirements for transportation, we can ensure that your work of art arrives undamaged. If, contrary to expectations, transport damage should occur, we will help you with a free exchange within 24 hours.

We deliver across Europe

We choose our partners in shipping particularly carefully. Please note that the can vary depending on the manufacturer and artisans Information about the delivery countries can be found on the product detail pages under the tab "Details, shipping, return" . Our system tries to read out your geodata via your browser and thereby only display products that are available for your delivery country.

For postage, packaging and insurance, we charge you by default for shipments within Europe, a fair cost share of EUR 9.95 per shipment, provided that there are no deviating shipping costs on the product detail page (see rider "Details, Shipping, return" ).

We do not currently offer deliveries with DHL Express (delivery the next day).

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union:

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

VAT

  • EU internal market: The prices given are total prices that contain the statutory sales tax.
  • EFTA countries and third countries: We deduct the valid VAT from the proven gross price. The mail delivered charges the customary VAT set. In addition, tariffs may apply.

Customs or import fees for deliveries of goods outside the Schengen area

In the case of deliveries outside the duty -free space of the EU (so -called Schengen area), have no influence on the fees raised by the recipient countries and also do not provide them in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not standardized.

If you need more detailed information, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you have to comply with the respective state regulations when importing goods.

Import specifications for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Please note that taxes (e.g. customs fees, VAT) may apply for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The customs authority of the Swiss Confederation will answer questions about the scope of taxes or the details of the import processing.

Steps to pay:

  1. At the "PayPal" cash register as a payment method.
  2. To handle the payment, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a customer at PayPal, you can register with your PayPal user data and arrange for payment.
    If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.

Invoice : The payment period is 30 days from sending the goods/ the ticket/ or, for other services, the provision of the service.
