This "double head" plastic, whose smooth, rounded surface seduces for touch, reminded of the Roman god Janus, who was originally considered a guardian of the door. That is why it is represented with a double face, looking inside and outwards. He became the god of the beginning and the end. The first month of the year, January, is named after him.

The artists, who was just born in 1945 in Austrian, from New York to South America and Asia, moved the great free plastics of the Viennese castles Belvedere and Schönbrunn before his work as a freelance sculptor. Through his exhibitions of sculptures, etchings, pastels and drawings in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, Bologna, Milan, Paris, Geneva and Vienna, he found many friends of his work across Europe.
