The Belgian artist Marc Caelenberghe is particularly fascinated by the connection of craftsmanship and creativity. In his figurative work, he does not simply depict the motifs, but deals intensively with their nature and then only brings the elementary characteristics into a sculptural form.

He reduces the contours to the limit of abstraction - just so far that his motifs can still be recognized. With the minimalist bull in energetic pose, Caelenberghe created a symbol of resistance and strength.
