Stefan Dobritz, with its bright yellow rapeseed fields, with its bright yellow rapeseed fields, the rough coastal strips with its foam waves and the illuminated port views. The artist, born in Lübeck in 1965, was shaped sustainably by the encounter with the painter Jürgen Runge (1929-92). As a Pleinair painter, he mostly produces his works on site, he works exclusively with the spatula. This painting technique enables impulsive work, as well as to work out details.
