Miguel Guía Miguel Guía was born in Madrid on October 29, 1960. He grew up in the foundry and sculpture workshop of his family, so that he had points of contact for artistic design very early on. Surrounded by various artists, he was suitable for a variety of knowledge of the sculptor craftsmanship. His initial style was primarily inspired by Cubism, where he was based on works by Picasso and Manolo Valdés. He continued the Cubist style for years and also began his journey in realism, but has developed his own style over the years, which he himself read as a "kind of essence". By this he means "breaking the form to find the nature of the sculpture".
